The IO-Gate is an IoT gateway for industrial IoT applications. It was designed with maximum durability, repairability and functionality in mind. It features a sturdy metal enclosure with mounting and threaded hardware connection points.
Prototypes and pre production models were hand assembled in order to continually test and develop the device. Light pipes were prototyped and tested with SLA printed parts and later casted models whilst the enclosure was 3D printed at first with FDM and then SLS 3D printing.
